Atlantic Ocean where you can relax and take in the awesome
views of the sunrise and sunset. Or, enjoy a stroll down the
beach, shell searching, sun bathing or fishing. Dip into the
relaxing hot tub, which is located in the beautifully landscaped
courtyard just outside the door. There are two complex pools,
one large resort pool and a lap pool, which is comfortably
heated during the winter months. St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet
also has On-site management, 24 hour guard service, tennis
courts, an outside Racquetball court, Catch and Release fishing,
Horseshoes, Shuffleboard and charcoal grills on the property.

The
unit has been completely renovated and proudly presents porcelain
tile floors, natural stone in the bathrooms and black granite
countertops in the kitchen and bar. The kitchen, equipped
with all new metallic appliances, is fully functional with
pots/pans, toaster, blender, utensils, dishes to provide the
convenience of home. The living room is quite comfortable
with queen sleeper sofa, recliner and swivel rocker with ottoman.
